The Little Gingerbread Man first believes everyone wants to eat him and than assumes the world is a totally safe place.

The Little Gingerbread Man believes everyone wants to eat him.  He zooms away from the Little Old Lady and her husband, several animals and finally, picking up speed, he passes a car on the motorway, a train and even a taxiing aeroplane.  As no one seems to be chasing him, the Little Gingerbread Man now assumes the world is a totally safe place. However, he'd better watch out: there's a sly fox coming.

Script Sample:

CAR PASSENGER: Arthur, we've been overtaken by a gingerbread man.

CAR DRIVER: (Yawning, stretching and looking around.) Really? I was asleep.

(Little Gingerbread Man 2 jogs past the train.)

TRAIN DRIVER: (Pointing.) Is it a bird?

TRAIN PASSENGER: Is it a plane?

TRAIN DRIVER: No, it's the Little Gingerbread Man!

(Little Gingerbread Man 2 jogs past aeroplane.)

NARRATOR 2: This is air traffic control, you are clear to take off.

PILOT: Wait a moment: there's a gingerbread man zooming past us.

AIR PASSENGER: There he goes!

NARRATOR 3: The Little Gingerbread Man was travelling so quickly he broke the sound barrier.

(Sound Effect: SINGLE BEAT ON DRUM.)
