Yes. There is no need to ask. Emailing is our standard delivery method. The receipt from PayPal may suggest that we ship the script to your address - but that is actually not the case.
We need to know your email address
to provide the delivery. If your email is different from your PayPal registered email, please privide your email in the "Instructions for merchant" during shopping.
You will receive the play script by email from our email address sales@artdramascripts.com. In case your email inbox only accepts emails from your contacts, or your email account is set for automatic spam deletion, or if you are not sure what are the settings of your email account, please add sales@artdramascripts.com to your safe contact list.
We usually email the script in 24 hours from purchase (or clearing the funds if you paid by cheque). We dispatch the script in 3 working days from the purchase at the latest.
Please check also your junk / spam mail folders.
In case of any problems with the email delivery, we immediately post a message at our message board.
In general - please add sales@artdramascripts.com to your contact list and contact us or send email to sales@artdramascripts.com in case you do not receive the script in 48 hours from purchasing.
In the rare event (e.g. if your email provider considers our mails spam and your settings are set for automatic deletion of spam OR if you provide wrong email address to PayPal during shopping) of not receiving the purchased script in your e-mail box
in 48 hours from shopping, please send email to sales@artdramascripts.com or contact us. We will resend the script from our hotmail account to make sure it is not considered spam and not deleted by your mail provider. Please double check that you are providing correct email address and make sure it is in working order (can receive emails). If your email is not receiving messages, if possible provide alternate email address, or pay the appropriate postage and packaging (P&P) charges to receive the script by post.
We will make all effort to use appropriate means to contact you and provide the delivery (please check also our message board).
However, if we do not have your active email address or you do not pay the appropriate postage & packing charges within 4 working days from shopping, and we cannot provide timely delivery by other means, we refund the paid proceeds in additional 3 working days (i.e 7 working days from the purchase).
In certain cases we may except UK cheques.
We cannot accept US or any other cheques.
We may accept international money transfers - however you will have to bear all the transaction costs.
If you prefer to use some other system for secure processing of online payments, please let us know and we may include that in our online shop.
Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to shop online. We also accept debit/credit card payments realized through PayPal and any other payment method supported by PayPal (e.g. checks in the US or bank transfers in the UK).

No. Our scripts only provide suggestions for music - there is no music CD / download. You will need to obtain the music content and rights to perform the music individually.
Yes. You may use your personal PayPal or card to buy the script for a school or other organization.
